Had a great experience at Smith Cairns Ford Lincoln when I had my Ford Escape serviced. I got there on time with my appointment at 1:30 PM. The lady staff was warm and welcoming. I did not wait too long to get served. I had my car multipoint inspection and I had it check for the recall I’ve read for Ford Escape. After 1 hour and 30 minutes, the services were finished. Glad I got home early! And the bonus: multipoint inspection was FREE! How awesome is that! 👍😁

My service experience was exceptional.
Could not believe that there was no pressure in purchasing a vehicle. When we finally made are decision and went back to purchase the car the salesman was great. Asked when we wanted the car and when we went to pick it up everything was ready. He showed us how to use the new technology in the car and stated to call if we had questions. This is our 2nd vehicle purchased with Smith Cairns.

Will, in the Subaru department, was the best Salesman I have worked with. I have been a loyal customer of another brand for 15 years but switched to Subaru due in part to Will’s calm and no pressure sales. While I waited a few months for the Ascent to be built to my specifications, Will gave me regular updates. I picked the car up with ease, and had a detailed instruction to all of the great features. The Subaru Salesman work as a team and made me feel like a valued customer.
