I ordered a front rim for my motorcycle my wife did under the impression it would be a full complete rim went to go pick it up they said it was a special order so they will not take it back it was not a complete rim to not have the spokes or anything just a beauty ring pretty much useless to me but they said it was a special order and it could not take it back after my wife paid $130 something poor business and it was not a special order because it had two different part numbers on it like it's been sitting on a shelf at the... read more

We apologize for the negative experience, but that is not the whole story. Nick, a great parts guy with our company for over 17 years, spoke with her prior to ordering the rim and explained to her that the rim would not come with spokes. He suggested the entire wheel, but she insisted she just needed the rim as it was the only part that was dented. Nick even quoted her the spoke price up front in case she ended up needing them. We tried to get the owners name because our negotiation with Nick was not quite right. First they won’t give out the owners name.. finally nick blurted out Brian but would not give a last name. He said Brian wasn’t there... three minutes later “ Brian” called and was with Nick. He wouldn’t give me his last name .. finally got angry and said “Smith” but he doesn’t want people to call him.
