RecommendedI’m so so so pleased with my entire experience!!!!! From Ashley on the phone who answered my every question to Ron (i think. Lol.) who delivered my woodchips!!!! I would highly recommend them to anyone - small job or big job they have it handled! We went to their feed room too and wow 🤩 I’m impressed! They even helped us load the feed on this rainy day! I will return for sure! Wonderful experience!

I don't have a problem with Smith Bros. per say, my comment is to be very careful where you have them place your mulch. The delivery girl missed ½ of my tarp on the apron and thus a bunch was on the sidewalk area. The mulch was gone in a day and a half however we had unexpected rain half way thru the first day and although I covered the mulch, some must have been under the tarp and the rain water caused it to bleed and stain my apron. I went to pick up a special order of minerals for my sheep minerals and I have never had worse customer service experience! First off the nice gentleman who I have done business with before had the day off. The problem was with the two women. One would not even try to help me and was hostile in her tone of voice the other tried to help me some but was hostile in the end as well.
