Great service. They gave us a 1 hour window to fix our 8 year old washing machine, came right on time, and had it all fixed in about 15 minutes.

On time, fast, fair price, the guy knew what he was doing. 20 minutes to take apart a washing machine, replace a cheap part deep inside, put it back together, and test it out.
I had them out to do a service on a washer. They did a good job, just a little bit too expensive as I found out later from my friend who had the same problem with her washer. I liked the tech, he was nice and knew what was wrong right away, but the price was high. My friend got her washer fixed for 60 dollars less. If this machine works fine for the next 5 years, I have no complaints.
