Rude and outright disrespectful. I recently purchased 2 Omega Watches from an Omega Boutique out of the country on travel. I brought these watches into Smith & Bevill to ask about purchasing additional straps and to see about getting one of the two resized. The immediate tone set by the dealer was that because I didn't purchase my watches from them I was not worth their time.
