Rude and outright disrespectful. I recently purchased 2 Omega Watches from an Omega Boutique out of the country on travel. I brought these watches into Smith & Bevill to ask about purchasing additional straps and to see about getting one of the two resized. The immediate tone set by the dealer was that because I didn't purchase my watches from them I was not worth their time. Angela at Smith and Bevill helped create an engagement ring which is a replica of my grandmothers 80+ year old ring, since hers was too fragile for me to wear full time. The service was very personal and thoughtful, picking out antique mined diamonds to mirror the era the original ring came from. And at no time did I feel pressured into spending more than necessary. I love the ring and will definitely go to Smith and Bevill for our wedding rings.
