That's for sure she's not warm and fuzzy. She's extremely rude and insulting, always criticizing the care of your animals - making you feel like you're a horrible pet owner. She also was responsible for blinding my cat with continued prescription of Baytril without warning of the side effects.
I have been using Dr. Smith for at least 25 years and she is the best. I can recommend her very highly. Contrary to the other review, I think she is very nice - you just have to get to know her. She's taken care of at least 5 of my cats and dogs and has not only given them good care, but I believe improved their quality of life and extended their lives.
Dr Smith isn't "warm and fuzzy", but she is incredibly adept and an expert with animals. She is an excellent vet. Don't let her stern demeanor put you off. She knows her stuff and she has an excellent bedside manner where it counts -- with her patients. Marilyn Weber Robinson Township, PA
