Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious

They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They made no attempt to follow up with me after my appointment. It isn't a big deal, but it does say something about the overall atmosphere of the office. They made sure to find out about my obstetric history and every pre-existing condition before my appointment. This made the examination go a lot faster. Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Was this provider friendly? Very! The most welcoming office I've visited! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes, they were able to answer my questions Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you? He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me. Does this provider treat their staff well? Yes, they treat their staff with respect Was the waiting area spacious? Yes

This is one of the friendliest and most welcoming offices I've ever visited. They put in the extra effort to make me feel valued and important. I wasn't pressured at all to use any particular medications or birth controls. They answered all my questions and gave me their honest opinion on what would work for me and what wouldn't. I was really impressed with how advanced and sophisticated their equipment was. Everything was so new and well taken care of it practically sparkled.
