The one thing I couldn't believe during my appointment was that they took a personal call right in front of me. I found it to be incredibly rude. I didn't feel completely safe when I arrived for my appointment because the building wasn't in a very safe neighborhood. They should maybe consider moving somewhere else if they want clients to return. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet.
