If negative ratings were possible, this place deserve that. During the application process, the sublet price was increased within a day without explanation, raising serious concerns about transparency and professionalism. Staff members are disrespectful, displayed biased behavior towards certain applicants and community, and enforced inconsistent, arbitrary rules. Incredibly frustrating application process. Sending an email the day prior and then being emailed back the next day that you didn't include information that wasn't required in the FAQ. Poor rental application experience.
Very unprofessional first time renter and was denied cause of lack of rental referrals??? They said it was fine at the front desk then changes their mind after and says income doesn’t qualify when I work two full time jobs??? Refuses to elaborate approval standards and shops away. Very unprofessional agency
Disappointed with the rental screening process. The agency used outdated information that shouldn’t be relevant to a current application. It raises questions about fairness and compliance with rental laws. After reading other reviews, it’s clear I’m not alone in this experience. I’ve filed formal complaints and hope they update their practices moving forward.
-The staff are extremely rude -They charged me $50 for a second key when I had a 2 bedroom place, while another person I know with a 2 bedroom was just given 2 initially, and when I moved they threatened not to give my deposit back if I give them both keys, but I never received my $50 back for borrowing it (it was an old dirty key, they didn’t have to have another one made) -My belongings in my bathroom were ruined due to a neighbour having plumbing work done.
