I was in need of home health care and was recommended to use Smiling Souls Homecare. I have to say they’ve been fantastic across the board. Great quality of service and conscientious staff. Very professional to deal with as well. It can be very stressful to need a medical provider to come into your home. I was immediately put at ease with Smiling Souls and the care is truly outstanding. Such a knowledgeable team!
There is nothing to smile at about this service. You practically have to beg them to show up, they are very unresponsive, untimely, and their customer care unprofessional. If your insurance covers another service, I would recommend to start looking now.
Smiling Souls has been a godsend! The care I have received from them has been attentive, consistent, detailed, and most importantly empathetic and compassionate. Esther has been fantastic to have around helping make sure I do everything correctly and she has very good patience with me. Thank you I am very grateful to have such a great team to heal me and get me back on the road to recovery. Thanks' again Esther.
My daughter needed care from them, multiple time. They each time they continued to put her off, did not return her phone calls, told her they would "work her in", did not update her information when she gave updated information, delayed treatment, that she needed. Calls had to be placed to the office and the nurse repeatedly just for the first appointment. By the patient and by family members.
