There is nothing to smile at about this service. You practically have to beg them to show up, they are very unresponsive, untimely, and their customer care unprofessional. If your insurance covers another service, I would recommend to start looking now.
Smiling Souls has been a godsend! The care I have received from them has been attentive, consistent, detailed, and most importantly empathetic and compassionate. Esther has been fantastic to have around helping make sure I do everything correctly and she has very good patience with me. Thank you I am very grateful to have such a great team to heal me and get me back on the road to recovery. Thanks' again Esther.
My daughter needed care from them, multiple time. They each time they continued to put her off, did not return her phone calls, told her they would "work her in", did not update her information when she gave updated information, delayed treatment, that she needed. Calls had to be placed to the office and the nurse repeatedly just for the first appointment. By the patient and by family members. My granddaughter has had to use them twice. Neither time did they even SHOW UP! She has had to call the doctor's office days after her pic line was placed both times because they FORGOT (TWICE!) to come by to get her meds started. Both times, they said she wasn't on the nurse's rotation. That might be understandable as an administrative error, but then they forgot to return at the end to remove the pic line.
