The staff is very friendly & do an excellent job at making kids at ease. We started taking my daughter when she was 2 and she loves going to the dentist. The kids get a prize when they leave and during the appointment they can watch a movie & relax. The dentist and hygienist do a great job at taking to kids on their level so they understand what's going on! Highly recommended
I just called and tried to make an appointment for cleaning for my 3 kids and got the worst attitude from the receptionist. I think her name was Cynthia? Right off the bat she asked me what my insurance was. I told her Delta Dental. As soon as I said I wasn't sure if it was HMO or PPO, she got rude. I was 90% sure it was PPO, and I asked her if I could make the appointment and check or if she could look it up with my Ssn. She wouldn't do look it up and she wouldn't even make the appointment. The best! I was very nervous about the procedure my son was going to get done and they made me feel comfortable. The best dentist, anesthesiologist and staff!
