I had gone to this nail salon before, usually when I can't get in my usual place, but it keeps on disappointing me. My daughter and I went in today for pedis. We got a mediocre one at best. But something that stood out was, that they were giving out lotions as gift, and everyone in the salon got one, except for my daughter and I. We paid and left a $9 tip on a $40 bill, which is a decent tip. Still don't understand why they would knowingly, make us feel uncomfortable. Amazing little hidden gem on the Bristol/Farmington line. Tina and her staff are very talented and will pamper you from the minute you walk in the door! Prices are very reasonable and you definitely get expertise with them. The salon is also impeccably clean which, for me is a MUST!
Very impressed with this salon. Found it on a whim couldn't be more impressed. Came in for a pedicure and got the eroma spa, worth the money!! They take their time and are very thorough. Extremely clean and friendly. Will definitely be traveling the few extra miles to come again.

Very reasonably priced for nails (less than $20 for an acrylic fill), great job, and such nice people. Usually they throw in a paraffin for that amount if time permits.
I literally just left Smiling nails and spa and I must say I am deff one happy customer. Such a great experience, very friendly staff and did such a great job with both manicure and pedicure. Felt amazing and looks so pretty. Highly recommend can't wait to go back.
