good home cookin' – Definitely a top choice for New Mexican fare. The Navajo Taco is Fantastic, but don't let the name fool you. It is neither Navajo nor taco. To give you a more accurate idea of what to expect - I'd call it a Massive New Mexican Sopaipilla Quesadilla - of course topped with your choice of red or green.
