Same day service, hard worker, even fixed the latch on my gate! Highly recommend.
He was able to come out the same day and take care of our yellow jacket hive. 24 hours later and there are no signs of any bees. His English is a bit broken, but can still communicate well. I'd go back to him if needed again!
I called at 2pm one afternoon because a worker at our home had accidentally disturbed a yellow jackets nest and was stung many times. Smiling Bee cane out within the hour and by 4pm the nest was removed. They were extremely efficient, professional and friendly. Their prices are incredibly reasonable. I would recommend them very highly.
Braulio from Smiling Bee was the first one I called when I discovered bees inside the soffit. He was confident that he could get the swarm from the outside. I was doubtful and called someone else to provide a quote for going through the drywall, inside. The quote came back at the same price EXCLUDING repairs to the drywall. I talked to Brian on Friday late evening about a wasp nest in my patio. He came Saturday afternoon and removed it really quickly. Very prompt service and Brian is very knowledgeable.
