I have been using Smiles Pro-lube for over 20 years. Throurogh and complete each time. No over sell, that is If they recomend an air filter etc. it has always been a good call. The prices are beyond fair and the same people have worked there for years. Please do not hesitate to us them.
Not sure when Smiley decided he doesn't need our business any longer.18 years we have use them..Today he refused to service our Audi,claiming he does not stock our filter ,although it was not an issue last service there...Fine,I said I would go pick up a filter and come back to which he said no...Ok,I get the message.The four vehicles at our house wont be coming back.Nor will I recommend Smiley as I have many times in the past.
I have had every car serviced here since they opened 28 years ago. Smiley has saved me hundreds if not thousands of dollars with his attention to detail and early warnings. They never try to sell me extra services or parts, quite the opposite. They are fast and provide a great service at a very fair price. Even after all these years, I know Smiley is watching out for me. Thanks, Smiley!!

Was a loyal customer Till Today, they have done all my vehicles till this point, I Brought my car in for an oil change after being in storage for a year, they did previous oil change to the oil the owner recommended (they had to get it at Highway auto), I requested that same oil they refused to do it so I have now traveled to Highway Auto bought 7 quarts plus the filter.
