Dr. Smiley is awesome!! However, I was quoted a copay prior to having a procedure done, I paid that copay the day of procedure. After the procedure was done it was time for another and this is when they told me I owe more for the last procedure! No extra work was done. They blame insurance estimated covering 80% but apparently they only cover 50%. RecommendedI had my first visit on yesterday. My history with dentist isn't very good. I am terribly afraid of them,so I never go unless its a painful dyer NEED and yesterday it was. I went in a nervous wreck and left smiling, laughing and joking with Dr. Smiley and his amazing office manager Patricia. I have a dental cleaning and surgery scheduled and have switch my entire family this Dr. Smiley! That's how at ease, comfortable and confident he made me. Where has he been my entire life???!!
