I had a great experience today at Smiley Pearls with Dr. Troung. I was there for 2 hours to get 2 root canals and 2 temporary crowns. I felt no pain during the procedure! He was patient, professional and answered all my concerns. I am very pleased! Thank you Dr. Troung and his team. ♥️
I had an outstanding experience with this business. From start to finish, the team was professional, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. They communicated clearly, delivered exactly what was promised, and exceeded my expectations in both quality and efficiency.
Dr T a the staff are phenomenal! Both my girls and I love how gentle and caring he is and how much Marie makes sure your insurance is prioritie! Assistants are very sweet and know exactly what they are doing too! Big bonus very advanced technology and super clean !
This office has a frustrating policy to cancel appointments in advance if you do not confirm your appointment via text. I also got Invisalign here and feel like they mislead me about the price. They did not mention the trays are an additional expense not included in the quoted price. This was an additional $500 I was not expecting to pay, and will continue to be an ongoing expense every few years. I like the dentist but unfortunately I will be looking for a new one.
I was very pleased with my visit to Smiley Pearls today. Courtney and Dr T were great. They both explained everything the did and were very thorough. Marie was very pleasant and did a great job explaining my treatment plan. I am so glad I found their office.
