I had an initial appointment on June 24th for a visit on bridge and fillings. The work was to be done July 17th only to receive a call by Marie on July 15th that she had not submitted sufficient documentation to the insurance for approval of the quoted work after 3 weeks of waiting. I went ahead and paid out of pocket due to her negligence as I am suffering in a lot of pain without the work being done on July 17th. On July 17th I went in for a two hour procedure to have the provisional work break 2 hours later the same day. ... read more
