Made appointment for mani at 10 when they open. At 1030 I left as I was left at a station with no explanation or service. Been coming here for years but no more
The bottom line is that when you make an appointment, there should be someone available or at least greeted acknowledged, etc.
Charged me $200 for a nochip mani pedi! For my daughter and I. The biggest waste of money. This place isn’t even luxurious so I didn’t expect to pay much. The girl who did my pedicure kept pulling on my toes and ended up cutting the bottom of my pinky toe. When I tell you it’s a basic mani/pedicure. No designs no nothing. A solid color. I would NOT recommend this place. There was no effort to get my feet soft. She literally scrub all areas once and was done. Smh.
Walk in they told me they don’t do fills LMAO WHAT?!
