parent of 12 year old after making an appointment for my daughter for asap visit due to a molar growing through her palette they filled three teeth and said to give her something for pain and said she would be fine. i called back due to the fact my mother took her and asked what was to be done about her tooth. they told me she had nothing wrong but a couple of fills. i reminded them she went because of her tooth and they said she was fine.this dentist has been reported to the university of dentist and better business bureau.... read more
Wonderful customer service I went into this office for a new patient exam and was treated like part of the family. I spoke with the manager, Ruby Reyna, and she personally explained my treatment to me in detail. I really enjoy when people, like this young lady, take time to care about their patients instead of just treating them like another number. I will be returning in six months for my checkup.
Pear Dental Clinic The dentist is incompetent, lab tech broke my partial, that cost me $950.00 for a new one that did not fit, Had to buy another one at Affordable dentist. These people at Pearl are bad news. don't go there. Money hungry creeps.
Poor Quality Work After spending almost $6000 on partial dentures and having to have teeth pulled, I had my top partial break. It was 2 years old and fit wonderfully. I was taking a bite out of a sandwich (white bread, cold cuts, cheese) when the partial broke in half. When I called the office, they said the plate was made in the Garland office so I went there to get it fixed right away. Awful service While the dentist here is competent after 4 visits and being kept waiting in the lobby for at least 30 minutes, usually closer to an hour and then when finally taken back to a room having to wait there for another half an hour I finally asked for my records and changed dentists. If they don't realize that a patient's time is valuable as well as their own and not overbooking even after receiving complaints about then they just don't need my business that bad.
