Chose this office for convenience, they closed all the locations with the exception of 2. They moved everyone to those offices. 45 minute drive for us. Front office personal do not know what they are doing. Complete lack of communication between the Ortho back office and front office scheduling. Front reception is a mess, to say the least.

I two fillings for my daughter and a root canal for me done at the Sxhertz location. All three treatments have to be redone. I would not recommend this place. Not sure if their Dr's are even licensed.
Rescheduled me three times. I was rescheduled for today (17Jan). Drove the 45 minutes for my appointment, arrived and the doors were locked. I waited around for a bit because maybe they were going to open a little later than what online said.. after about ten minutes I had to call their number about 6 times until someone would answer. I was put on hold for Several minutes. She came back and said the office was closed. No one called to inform me. I even got a text yesterday confirming the appointment.
