Yesterday was my first visit to Smile Wise, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and comfortable. The front desk staff, the assistant, and the hygienist were all very professional, kind, and compassionate. What meant the most to me was their non-judgmental approach. Had an unexpected emergency where my tooth chipped. called the same day and I was able to get in and get it corrected. Plus the location itself and all the amenities are really great. Never experienced that from a dentist Office .

I’m normally terrified of the dentist but this experience was anything but. From the minute you walk through the door, everyone is friendly and accommodating. Dr. Akel is also very knowledgeable and her expertise put me at ease.

As someone that has terrible fear of the dentist, this was a fantastic experience. The clinic is beautiful and comfortable and Dr. Akel and Natashia were great.

Dr. Akel and her whole team were welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and professional from start to finish! Dr. Akel thoroughly explained everything to me, and answered any questions I had. Natalia was kind and gave wonderful directions when taking my scans and x-rays. Daniela was helpful with making sure all my information was sorted even before I came in for my visit. The office is beautiful, and the comfort menu makes for a relaxing, spa-like experience. Could not recommend SmileWise enough!
