Horrible experience. Office staff is rude, especially management. Would not recommended this office to anyone. Note: I would call your insurance company to confirm they are in network, do not just take their word!
I travel over 50 miles to get the best services provided by Dr. Blattner, and he has never disappointed me. My smile is forever thanks to him! Believe me, I've had several procedures done by other dentists and I know he's the best!
I had my first appt last night and everyone was so friendly made me feel very welcome and not nervous dr. Blattner was very thorough and explain things so that even I could understand them a little the dental assistant Jessie Ward was very helpful too it was nice to see dr. Blattner showing her what he saw in my mouth and would ask her questions about what treatment I should get so it was fun watching him train her I can't wait to start on my treatment plan and to make my smile pretty forever
Love Dr Heberer Assistants do a great job Everyone so nice and I know I will get perfect care They are professional and strive to do excellent work thank you all
So I haven't even made it to my daughters appointment yet, but I must say just making the appointment with I believe Becky, sorry if I'm off on the name was a pleasure. She never lost her patience with all my questions and was EXTREMELY helpful and sweet as can be.
Dr blattner and his staff are the greatest and they are always in such a good mood when I am there. Smiles everyone and thank you John
Dr Blattner is so funny and caring. When he talks to you it's obvious he's really listening. The staff is great. It's really nice that they remember us when we come in.
