I have a PPO dental plant. Came in for the appointment at 10:30.. they took gajillions pictures of my dental. waited for 1 hrs . and then the sales manager came in with all the recommendations for extra treatments which were not coverage by my PPO plain such as "deep cleaning " , unneeded "root canal", unneeded tooth implant ect.. bad sale pitches. I told her no and walked out. this was the worst dental office that I ever encounter with. Don’t come to this office unless you have money to pay for the sales pitches
Place is great for dental work. Always helping you out on what you need and giving advice on teeth care. Been coming for 15 years +!!

I’m very disappointed with the treatment I received from the receptionist, Jessica. From the moment she answered the phone, her tone was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Instead of helping or providing clear information, she made me feel like I was an inconvenience. No patient should be spoken to that way, especially when they’re calling a dental office for assistance. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on the entire practice. The customer service is just horrible. My son has waited for a specialist appointment for weeks although he has been struggling with pain and Jessica who works there is rude and just has no sympathy when canceling a confirmed appointment. I understand mistakes and over booking may occur but there is no reason whatsoever to have such a bad attitude towards patients who are customers. It’s just unacceptable won’t be going back here again. Management needs to really consider the service their staff is providing.
