Very short wait time, the whole procedure was quick and painless. Very professional staff.
My experience was very professional and yet caring. I appreciate this and all the staff at Dr. Willoughby's office are very thoughtful and show concern for the patients. More business's should have this type of staff and then complaints about customer service would come to an end. Keep up the Great work !!!
Excellent care by professional and thoughtful assistants and staff.
The staff is friendly and caring. I've been to other dentists that wanted to replace my fillings much earlier than necessary. Dr. Willoughby and his staff carefully monitored the life of my fillings and replaced them when necessary.

If you were part of BCBS of NM then I would be happier. I pay out of pocket as insurance is too expensive for me.
Going to see Dr. Willoughby and his staff is like visiting family. The Doc really cares about his patients. His staff has been wonderful. My family and I have been Dr. Willoughby's patients for over 25 years and recomend him and his staff to people all ages.
very friendly and nice people. very clean and well kept.
Staff was wonderful. Had to do mold for crown twice. Temp crown , tooth is a little senstive.
