The last 2 appointments I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes past my appointment time in the waiting room, they’re always running behind schedule when I’m there. Everyone else who checks in after me gets taken back at appropriate times- hard to not take this personally as I feel ignored once I check in! I will say the front desk ladies work extremely hard, usually doing 5 things at once with ease. Once I am taken back to the dental cleaning area, I am treated with kindness. I wonder if they are scheduling too many patients each day.
