Great from start to finish We've been so happy and impressed with Dr. Sutherland's office. Both our children have been treated there, and our experience has always been top notch. The professionalism and kindness of the entire staff demonstrates their commitment to the quality of care provided. The philosophy at work there means our kids will get the best treatment available for their long term oral health.
Friendly Staff Comfortable atmosphere. The staff was very clear with the treatment course, and my daughter understood her part in the process, thanks to the great staff!
nice facility great care Three out of four of our family members have gone to Dr. Sutherlands. My two kids have been through the first phase of orthodontia and my husband is currently wearing braces to correct a cross bite that could have ended in crowns for all of his teeth or jaw surgery without treatment. Amazing Stuff I'm still on braces for the 4th month and I've had a big improvment on my teeth. I love going the to see Dr. Sutherland and the others. They are so nice and I'm always happy to be there.
smiles I had my teeth fixed by Dr. Sutherland and he did an incredible job. I couldn't believe he was able to give me perfectly straight teeth without pulling any out. The staff and all are fabulous and very understanding and easy to talk to. I always appreciated there friendly and generous attitude. Dr. Sutherland is a very generous and caring person and I recommend him to any one looking for an orthodontist.
Awesome! Dr. Sutherland and his staff provide the best customer service that I have seen in a long time. I am an adult patient, and was a little nervous at first about starting my treatment. Daughter doesn't mind going for appts!! We have been coming to see Dr. Sutherland for the last 7 years. My daughter has had MANY appliances and has loved showing up for appts to show the girls how well she's doing. She just got braces on today and is sore, but is flashing a bright and shiny smile alot already. Dr. Sutherland's office is warm and friendly for all of us and they explain everything that's going on well to you. Love coming here!!
I think braces are cool!! I have been going to see Dr Sutherland since I was four. Now I'm in the sixth grade and getting braces. His helpers are nice and I can play Wii if we have to wate which isn't very often. He rocks!!
BEST ORTHODONTIST IN PUYALLUP My daughter Sydney got her braces on in March and I could tell this was a GREAT from the day of our orientation. She is kinda shy, but Lona made her feel at ease and Dr. Sutherland assured her that they were going to give her a beautiful smile. They have been so wonderful and the atmosphere in the office is warm. I love the scriptures on the wall and on every appt card.
