I am in the process of have having a dental implant . the doctor and the techs are highly trained, comforting and knowledgeable. they don't force you to do more expensive procedures , they give you all options. I love the conversations between the staff members when I'm having a procedure done it's something to take you attention off of your mouth. I'd highly recommend this business.
Just had a dental exam at smiles on west main in Waterbury. I must say everyone was so great to me, I have bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist I can take a thousand needles but to go to the dentist 🤦🏾♀️🙅🏾♀️ NoThanks. Thank you for being so kind and such a wonderful staff!
I will never go to another dentist again expect for there!!!!!! Best cleaning of my life. The hygienist was so gentle with my mouth unlike many other hygienist.... Love it!
i am a very nervous person when it comes to going to the dentist but i had a very loose molar that had to be removed and my girlfriend told me she goes there and she is the same way and recommended them so i called and went yesterday morning--she was right!!! i cannot recommend this wonderful establishment enough! very caring and compassionate - when the dr was putting the novocaine i got very upset and the other assistant sat on the left side of me and held my hand the whole time and rubbed it and they both were telling me ... read more
Great very professional.. Staff are great very helpful especially when i was nervous to get my teeth pulled they stuck by my side and made me feel comfortable.my smile looks great now!!!
I loved it and have already recommended it to be few people! I had to have an emergency extraction and it went so well I decided to switch my dentist all together and finish all my work that has to be done at Smiles. The assistants were great and the male dentist was funny and calming! � I was beyond happy with my experience!
