1st visit. VERY impressed. Excellent customer service. Many of the staff have worked there 15+ years. Never did I feel rushed or like a number, as with other dental practices. In fact, the hygienist massaged my jaw after the cleaning. Nicely decorated reception area and beverages available. I've been an AZ resident over 25 years, and I'm switching my family to this practice.
I love the dentists and staff of Smiles of Chandler. We've been going to them for years. The best recommendation I can give is my children love going to them.
My number one necessity for a dentist is pain free dental work. Dr. Heaton gets an A+ in comfortable, pain free work. He explains things very well. He truly cares about his patients. His staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Heaton
Always makes sure you are comfortably, makes sure you leave with a Smile!
DR. C is the best.... Always hate going to the dentist.... but when I leave I wonder why I felt that way.. btw it is time for a ✔ up.
Dr. Casillas and his team are absolutely awesome! We had him as our dentist for 25 years!! Friendly, accommodating, skilled in his craft and the list can go on and on.... Kimmy who has been on his staff for quite a few years is just adorable in addition to be very good at what she does; yes all of that makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience! Bravo! It's just a pleasure telling everyone we think so highly of your friendly business!!
