Horrible experience HORRIBLE experience! I was verbally attacked by Dr Quinn himself. He accused me of "abusing staff" when I dared ask why they won't make sure that they take patient's insurance themselves. I was the only patient there, the phone never once rang. So when told that they're terribly busy, I did say jokingly that it didn't seem too busy to call about patients insurance coverage.
