I'm unsurprised that they went out of business. Out of 12 scheduled appointments, they called on the same day 11 times to reschedule. Their pricing was not transparent, and they refused to work with me on refunding me money that I paid upfront to them (before they went out of business.) bad business from start to finish.
My experience here has been great. My first visit as a new patient was great. I had lots of xrays and a thorough exam…followed by a plan to address my issues. Two weeks later I returned for planing and scaling and several fillings 😞 I was amazed at how fast it went. No pain at all…just minor discomfort from the device that held my mouth open while she did her job. She asked if I wanted to take a break between each filling and asked repeatedly if I was ok. now that this place is closing I feel comfortable leaving this review. the office staff was incredibly disorganized and rude-they messed up our appointment times and had zero apology. I assumed Dr Streets would have been professional and made this right but she was completely unapologetic, aloof, and said she couldn’t fix it because it was “more paperwork”. I had wondered how a business could continue with such poor ethics, but it’s now clear that it could not. I hope she does not open another practice in this town.
