RecommendedWe’ve been patients here since our oldest was born, so about 6 years. Both my kids love coming here. The patience and kindness coming from everyone in the building is amazing! Appointments are never running late and we always leave on time. We are never disappointed with the service provided. If you have kids, this is the place to take them!!! I want to also mention that they are doing an excellent job sanitizing/cleaning and using extra/all PPE to protect both themselves and their patients against Covid 19.
my kids have never given me a hard time to go to the dentist. my son looks forward to the TV in the ceiling and the tokens for prizes at the end lol. Very clean, great covid measures, profesional, and friendly staff. they are great with children and I wish they would take me as a patient. might esee my phobia lol
My family and I absolutely love Dr.Bloom and the staff! My 11 year old had an extremely traumatizing experience when he was younger at the office we used before so I immediately switched to here and never thought twice about it. My 3 year old went in today for a small cavity to be filled and was so scared but within 10 minutes of chit chatting, Netflix and whatever it took to help him feel comfortable he was ready to do it. The absolute BEST pediatric dental office in CT. Dr. Bloom does excellent work and he’s beyond great with kids. The office is always clean and the staff are just great to deal with. I highly recommend this dental office. Thanks Smile in Bloom :)!!!!!!
Not only did Dr Bloom spend more than 45 mins on the phone with me and in person visits discussing alternate options for a dental procedure for my 3 year old, he also took some time behind the scenes to research, call colleagues/etc. and was able to come up with an alternate option for some dental work my young daughter needed. The route we chose was successful and that’s strictly because of Blooms high level of expertise, patience and overall just good character. Unless you you want your kids to see the dentist once a year, this place is definitely for you!! They constantly call to rescheduled because of reasons like “ office hours changed” or “dr. Is not in” or simply they are horrible at their job and constantly over or double booking people. Front desk people are rude, acts like they don’t care if you go else where. Lets see if they have the same attitude when they loose all their customers and become jobless. “Smiles in bloom” is not “smile in perish”
