First appointment My daughter was a little nervous coming in because at 4 years old she didn't know what to expect. From the moment we walked in the door she was relieved because of the welcoming environment and the friendly front desk. Overall had a wonderful experience! Dr. Matt is outgoing and connected with with my kids. We will definitely be back, thanks for all you guys do!

calming experience for bashful kid The dental hygienist was interactive, fun, energetic and calmed my three year old daughter. My daughter is scared of strangers, so it could have been a bad experience. However, the hygienist was so friendly that my daughter relaxed and followed the hygienists instructions. I was pleasantly surprised it went so well! Everything was great!! Dr. Matt was friendly and competent.

Upbeat, quick and on time Ashley, our technician, calms children and can explain specifics to my six year old with the same clarity and enthusiasm as his kindergarten teacher. She is a mother herself and respects parents' questions and curiosities throughout the process. Dr. Matt is cheerful and encouraging to kids. He makes his points about good oral hygiene in a way that kids accept. I also appreciate that the office has always been in time over the last 3 years.

Best children's dentistry in KC! We absolutely love Dr. Matt! He spends quality time checking on our kiddos teeth. He cares about how comfortable the kiddo is during the exam too. His staff is so nice and helpful. We love them!!!

The whole staff at Smiles Dentistry for kids is amazing! My 19 month old had her first appointment and it was wonderful. No crying b/c the staff was so great with her. And my two older kids love it as well! Dr. Matt is awesome.
