I am very anxious about seeing dentists. They were very calming. I didnât have any work done yet just the consultation and an action plan. So far great experience!
I was at Smiles By The Lake for a cavity filling and crown. The procedure went quickly and painlessly. All of the staff I have encountered have been extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and welcoming. Jesse and Dr. Rhoads were supportive, asked numerous times if I had questions, and voiced concern about any pain or discomfort.
Karli does an amazing job on cleaning! She is personal, relatable, professionally transparent and I, like some who dread coming to the dentist, Always look forward to my next appointment because I know Iâm in good hands! You guys are blessed to have her as a hygienist and I am fortunate to have her as my personal hygienist there at your office!
