Dr. Minges is GREAT! I had some neglected issues and she "fixed me right up" with her expertise and calm, caring demeanor! The entire staff is very friendly and helpful.
My wife and I have been patients at Smiles by Shaw since we moved to Greenville. I recently had to have a crown repaired. I am writing this review to compliment the entire staff for their professionalism and compassion. They manage the pain and discomfort, and are as gentle and concerned for patient welfare as it is possible to be. If you try their services you will never want to go anywhere else.
Smiles by Shaw is excellent. The staff are very friendly and Dr. Chelsea Marcuard is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever had working on my teeth. She was very gentle when she fixed a partial filling of mine. I give them 5 stars and recommend them highly!
I have never had a good experience with any dentist till I came here!! There is just no way to put into words how amazing Dr. Minges and her staff are!!! After several accidents that caused some serious damage to my mouth, jaw and teeth I would have major anxiety and panic attacks even thinking of going to a dentist. I brought my highly anxious 11-year-old daughter for tooth extraction. Dr Marcuard and team exhibited such grace, patience, and finesse to calm her and help her to feel comfortable. So appreciative for such a fine group of ladies!
