Switched to a new dentist after a horrible root canal ordeal which took multiple visits. The crown he did cracked a week after it was finished. After a cleaning done my new dentist I asked about some pain I was having with the molar in front of the one with the root canal done by smiles by Sam. Apparently he cut into the molar next to the crown he did to make room for the crown itself and now there is a fracture in the molar. Now I have to spend a few grand on having his botched crown redone and a crown done to hold together... read more
I have been going to Dr. Sam since he came to Walnut Pond. He and his staff are warm and welcoming. The office is clean with the latest technology in denistry. In all my years of having Dr. Sam work on my teeth, he has never hurt. Once I broke a tooth and it was painful, so he was contacted at home and he came into the office to fix it; on his day off! I have a geat smile and healthy teeth thanks to Dr. Sam!
Let's face it, going to the dentist can be low on the list of things one wants to do in a day yet Dr. Sam is always a pleasure to see. Personable, capable, professional, timely and patient. He ensures the experience is as pain free and pleasant as possible. I recently had to visit another dental specialist for a specific procedure and was amazed how much I had come to expect from Dr. Sam for top notch equipment, processes and support. I've been going to see Dr. Sam Mastrobattista for over 3 years now and feel compelled to write a review about him and the excellent work he's done with me. Sam has always been both friendly and accessible while being a total professional. I've never been a fan of going to the dentist in the past, but I look forward to seeing Sam and knowing I am getting the best care around. His office in Clinton, New Jersey is modern, clean and friendly. His staff is friendly and engaging. I give Dr. Sam 5 out of 5 stars.
I have been going to Dr Sam since he assumed his practice in Clinton. He and his staff are the best. He and his staff are always professional and caring. His recommendations and treatments have been outstanding. I never hesitate to give them a call if I have an issue. He focuses on making me comfortable and is very sensitive to issues that are going on. I'm completely confident that my dental health is excellent with Dr Sam and his staff's oversight.
