On October 10th when i initially walked in and asked if i could get a price on getting a professional mouthpiece protector made, because i am a fighter. I was told that i would need an appointment. Therefore i made an appointment for the next day. On October 11th at around 2pm per my scheduled appointment. I arrived with my dental insurance card. The assistant at the front desk , Lauren, said she was having problems looking up my plan. I supplied her with all my personal info required. I was very specific about just wanting ... read more

With regards to the insurance everyone's insurance is different. We are obligated to charge their fee if it is contracted or our fee.
