The ladies are professional, friendly, helpful and most of all very gentle!
This office is the Best office I have encountered. They are 1st class. Everyone was pleasant, courteous, professional, and exhibited world class customer service. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. Dr. Brown was very encouraging. Hygienist made you very comfortable. She explained every procedure.
Dr. Brown and staff are the best I have ever encountered in over a decade of bad dental experiences. I have been too numerous "chain offices" because it's what ins. allowed. However don't sell yourself short and get the best treatment by coming here. My treatment and visits have been comforting and gave me hope where I was told there was none. I loved this office so much much that my husband and toddler see Dr. Brown and staff as well.
I have a major fear of dentist! Just had the most gentle experience ever! Thanks Dr. Rena Brown and your fabulous staff!!
Dr. Rena Brown and the staff at smiles by design is awesome. Went in to get a deep cleaning, had a bad experience before, they eased my fears. It was a whole lot less painful than before. I would recommend this place to everyone and I have. She will be my dentist from now on. Thanks Smiles by Design
