I appreciate the friendly staff and the ease of scheduling appointments. Heather, the dental hygienist I see, is always so gentle and careful when cleaning my teeth, it shows she cares about her patients.
I went to Cheers Dental 1 week ago for a Crown. I had to change Dentists due to Insurance change. When I made the appointment I was told the amount I would pay. After the Crown was done, I was charged $508 more than what I was told. I had a Pre-estimate from my other Insurance company for the Dentist I was going to. Cheers Dental charges more than double for a Crown. I was told I had to pay that day and my Insurance Co. would pay me back. I called them today and they paid Cheers Dental more money. I have had much anxiety regarding dentist appointments for many years. But the professionals at Cheers Dental made me feel so comfortable Dr. Shraddha Sherchan was a pro and treated me well with my filling. Also Heather who is the dental hygienist talked me through the deep cleaning process and really called my anxiety. They also found less evasive options for my teeth. Cheers to Cheers Dental!
Absolutely the best dental office I have ever been to. After years of feeling like I didn’t matter to my dentist I am finally being heard and cared for. They listened and were caring and gave me many options for how I could cover any out of cost items. They even offer an affordable insurance option if you don’t have coverage. I am moving my whole family to this office for sure. I’m definitely excited about my new dentist. Highly recommend.
