The office visit was very professional. The technician was knowledgeable and did a great job caring and explaining everything to me. I was also equipped when I left with information and directions. The doctor came in and was professional as well and when I left I felt the whole experience was handled well.
I've been to another dentist office for as long as I can remember, and the work doesn't even compare to what I get at Smiles by Design. The hygienist actually takes their time to go tooth by tooth to make sure they cover everything possible to catch any problems early on. My old dentist would just put the fluoride on and walk away, and not say anything else to me. At this one, the dentist comes in to double check the work done and talk to you about any concerns. I love this office!

She was great!
I had a not so good experience when visiting this office today. The girl's who work at the front desk, especially the one that sits up front when you walk in was not professional at all. She made me feel so angry inside that I did not stay for my appointment and left. I hope Dr. Garcia will check and see what's happening there at the front desk, otherwise he will continue to loose customers/patients!
