I typically have alot of anxiety going to the dentist, and always afraid of something hurting and my visit yesterday was one of the best experiences ever, it actually was. The most gentle technician I ever had, I hope she stays forever! I also saw one of the newer Dentist to the office (I just hadn't met her yet) and she was pretty awesome. Seriously no complaints!
I have been going here for five years and I am always highly satisfied and comfortable.
I have been seeing my dentist for 25 years and other dentist for 2 years but nothing compared to this Dental Office. Time wise, customer from all directions of life have flexibility on their dental needs. Their staff are so friendly and family oriented that once you are there you feel at home. The dentist is so meticulous about perfection and satisfaction of their patient and their Dental Hygienist are also super friendly with a lot of smile to offer.
Very professional and efficient. Process didn't take long at all.

This is an amazing state-of-the-art dental practice. All of the staff and dentists are professional, caring and customer-oriented. I really enjoyed meeting the front desk personnel. Brooke went out of her way to present me with a cost-analysis treatment plan. She explained what my insurance would cover and what I would pay out-of-pocket. All written down and explained. I am pleased with my new dentist professionals.
I definitely look forward to going to my 6 month dental cleaning at Goose Creek Family Dentistry. The entire crew is pure joy; always engaging with the customers in a professional and positive manor. And every time I leave, my teeth feel so fresh and so clean!!

Everyone from receptionist,dental technician & dentist were very warm & professional in their approach to seeing that your dental concerns & questions were their top priority. Of all the dental facilities in this area that I could have chosen, I am extremely pleased with my choice.
I felt warm welcoming from the staff and I’m very satisfied their customer services as well such as giving friendly reminders and calls to letting me know about early available when others cancellation.
