dont go here I have never written a review on anything but I have to now because this office is terrible. 3 year old son pulled out part of his open face crown, couldnt see dr gober of course but saw dentist and she said he needed surgery but there was nothing they could do until then. I called back later that day and she told me to give him an airhead to chew on so the facing of crown would come off. Juanita LOVE, LOVE, LOVE! This dental office...newly renovation, looks awesome! Staff is the friendliest I've ever seen! Overall experience for myself and child was beyond words. I highly recommend this dental office!
Awesome office Dr gober is never in office but his associate Doctors are wonderfull. The doctors assistance and hygenist are very kid friendly and made my children feel comfortable. The front office staff are very friendly and courteous. The Offfice also looks great very welcoming, warm, and kid friendly. I will recomend this office to my friends for sure.
FORMER patients STAY AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!! This Dentist appears to be interested in making money ... period. We transferred our children to this dentist because our insurance changed and they proceded to do unnecessary procedures without checking previous history resulting in lots of money for them, some of which was not covered by our insurance and came out of pocket. Head up...visit at own risk.... Brought visiting 5yo grandson for routine check. Temp hygienist inexperienced with children, basically did nothing but apply fluoride without asking (did not want this) An "assistant doctor?" took a 3-min peek in mouth....no xrays...$168. Had to have a real exam, cleaning and xrays when he got home. Total time in office 20 minutes. Went back to try to reason one more time for partial refund. Was told system crashed and all records have been corrupted. Hmmm, how convenient!
NEVER WILL AGAIN GO TO THIS DENTIST In our four years of going to Dr. Gober (until I got smart) we have never MET Dr. Gober. He has the rudest staff I have ever encountered. The manager of the office will not even return my calls. She always has a staff member to do it. HMMMMM. I found a great dentist for my kids and I'm sorry I put my kids through that office for four horrible years. They need an attitude adjustment.
2009 is a new year for Dr, Grober! I've read several very negative reviews of Dr. Grober's office... but I didn't have any choice in where to take my child because my insurance only had one option. Awful service I have three children who used to got to Dr. Gober. We had since switched dentist and will never come back to Dr. Gober. The staff was rude and unfriendly. It was like we were a burden on them. Dr. Gober never seen my children one time, they were seen by an young experienced associate who missed a cavity on my youngest son.
We too had a less than acceptable experience in Dr. Gober's office Dr. Gober was highly recommended to us & upon our initial visit & meeting him, we could see why. However, in the next few appointment times, we were instead seen by an assistant. I was treated as if I was stupid for being concerned about a pin size cavity that appeared on my son's back baby tooth.
