Although the Dr. and the assistant we saw today were great and very helpful - at the end of our appointment when it came time to schedule my son's surgery, the gal at the end with long brown hair was very rude and unprofessional. Continually talking over me, trying her best to schedule my son's surgery to best fit into HER scheduling. Not ok. - She could've handled that better when I continuously stated that those certain days and times wouldn't work due to other previously made appointments and his new school scheduling. My daughter has been going here since she was 3 she is now 9, I love they way they make the kids feel comfortable and special. I also like that they answer any questions or concerns and always make it fast and easy to schedule any follow up visits . I give them a 10 🚂
The staff is great! Everyone made our 2yr old feel comfortable.... it was a great first visit!!
