We’ve been very pleased with smiles for kids . All 3 of our children have been going since we moved to Idaho 5 years ago . They make our kids feel very comfortable. Great and knowledgeable customer service and care . I’d definitely recommend there Caldwell location. We haven’t been to any of there other locations
Staff is always attentive and friendly get us to the back within timely manner and explain everything they're doing
This is for the Caldwell location. They did great with my two older kiddos. However, not with my 1 year old. The dental assistant would not listen to me on how I should hold my baby for the appointment and cleaning she said the dentist would not allow it and that’s how he would want to see her. She wanted me to hold my baby on the dental chair and she would lean it back. I told her the best way is for me to hold her facing me with me in a chair and us be knee to knee with my daughter laying her head on her knees. However whe... read more
