Did this dentist answer all of your questions? None of my questions were answered Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all Did you feel safe in this provider's care? Mostly, I was still a little nervous Was this provider's office too loud? Yes, they need to move to a quieter location Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes

This is a great office, very friendly staff and great with kids! Our insurance has changed now and we could go to a dentist closer to home but still drive out of our way to come here. The waiting area is nice and big, all the rooms are designed and decorated for kids... it's just a happy, friendly place!

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they were not friendly to all patients. I was mostly satisfied with my visit. They were helpful but they couldn't give many answers on orthondtia which they know my daughter needs.

Absolutely! I'm always able to get my questions answered over the phone right away! Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? Yes, they called me a few days before my appointment

Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely! I never have a problem! Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did this dentist practice good oral hygiene? Definitely! They had one of the brightest smiles I've ever seen! Were the staff members able to answer your questions? Yes! They were the most knowledgeable staff I've ever seen!
