I was looking into finding a new dentist through my insurance plan and saw smile point Dental & Orthodontics. They were accepting new patients. I went there and the results was amazing especially the staff. They made me feel at home and very comfortable, they also got some work done that same day. The sign says it all….
Very disappointed that they confirmed my appointment via text message Wednesday afternoon and then Friday when I show up for my appointment they are closed. No sign on the door. I had to call customer service to make sure I was correct and they apologized and were very nice. They agreed I should have gotten some kind of notice. I would have loved a text message to let me know. Very disappointed

I am a disabled Veteran, I am on a medication that has a side effect of severe mouth dryness. Yes, I have tried changing the medication and when that did not work the Houston VA decided to treat these symptoms so they put in a referral to this dentist. It is exactly 32 mi from where I live. I filled out all the paperwork I showed up early I even called to verify that I didn't need to bring anything from the VA when I got there.
