The orthodontic team is unreachable by phone. I have left several messages for them to return my calls and they have never responded. The schedule is inconvenient as they are only available on Mondays or Tuesdays. Yesterday my son received a new brace on his bottom teeth and it popped off that same day. Kimberly was very nice up front and esmie was very amazing and good person she was very kind and good person to work with
I originally came here for a filling, but a couple of weeks later I started experiencing severe pain because the filling was placed too high. I had to return twice for the same issue. The first visit they adjusted it, but on the second visit they told me I now needed a root canal. Instead, I went to an endodontist within my insurance network, and they were able to resolve the problem with one final adjustment—no root canal necessary. After that, I was pain-free.
