I had an 11:30 AM cleaning appointment. After waiting a full hour, I was told I’d have to wait another 15 minutes or reschedule. This shows a complete lack of respect for clients' time. I will be finding a new dental clinic for my next checkup.
I had a fantastic experience at Smileology. The team is incredibly professional and made me feel at ease from the moment I walked in. They use the latest tech and really take the time to explain your treatment options. My smile has never looked better—highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality dental care!
Have to say this is the most relaxed I have felt at the dentist. Friendly atmosphere and very caring . Thank you for making me feel at ease, will definitely be using you guys again in the future 😀
