Friendly environment made my child feel comfortable
Started at this place wh r n they first opened and never had to wait more than 10 minutes to be seen. But the last two appointments, I've had to wait 1-2 hours after my appointment time to be seen. I like the doctors and everyone is friendly and the place is cute and inviting. I think they just need more staff maybe.

Today was my daughter’s second visit here and all the staff have been amazing! I was referred her by my mom who takes my little brother here. They are very patient, kind, and always have a smile on their face when you walk in and when you are saying bye. While observing, they are very patient with each child. At the end of the visit they give you stickers with point on them to put in their little book and as you collect all those points, they get to trade it in for a big surprise! We absolutely love this place!! Kids felt comfy and way less anxious than other places. They give out cute prizes after visits and make the kids feel truly welcome and safe with care and cute movies playing while getting work done. Definitely will be returning. Smileland has earned a customer in us for a lifetime.
