I am new to the area and needed a dentist in a bad way. The staff was very helpful and took the time to explain things to me, and made me feel like a person not a number. I was very nervous about having my tooth extracted, but the staff put me at ease. Once the procedure started the Dentist Louis Abukhalaf made sure I was in no pain, and if I felt pain he made sure to administer more of the numbing agent. I had a great experience at Smilecentric. Dr. Abukhalaf is an excellent dentist and has a very warm personality. He truly cares about his patients. The staff very friendly as well. I highly recommend Smilecentric!
Do not, and I repeat do not become a patient at SmileCentric in Carmel, IN! They’re complete jokes in the dentistry field! I’m completely convinced they buy their reviews on Google... 🙄🙄🙄😡 Cannot keep appointment times or patient names organized... I can’t say enough positive things about Dr. Louis and his staff! They are professional, yet personable and always give me the best care possible! I promise you will leave with a brighter smile!
Very professional service! I felt no pain, was put at ease,and treated with respect and kindness. Also I was seen almost immediately after request to be seen for a tooth that needed extraction
