Good doctors funny doctors
Dr. Balakrishna and her assistant are very caring and explain the process as you go. I'm telling all my friends and family, literally no pain during my 2 hour complex procedure today.....I highly recommend. The office followed up after work hours on the day of my procedure to see how I was doing. 5 star service.
Ive made several attempts and several preauthorizations to get my wisdom teeth pulled before my insurance ended.. Still havent heard back from them after 3 months of sending in my X-rays. I teied calling hundreds of times and have left several voicemails that have never been returned to me. Worst dentist I have ever been too.. Highly dont recommend
Took my mom for dental cleaning and evaluation. Filled out 5-10 page form, waited for exactly 1 hour before we got called in. We were led straight to an ex-ray machine and that's where it all stopped! The seat was full of dust that my mom had to wipe it clean, then a closer look at the machine, it was filthy. The floor around the machine was disgustingly dirty. I have seen better clinics in so-called 3rd world countries than this place. We turned around, grabbed our papers and walked out. Never Go To SmileCare. They are criminals! My husband, daughter and myself all went here all in the same day for simple cleanings and walked out with a $20k total in supposed treatments. Got a second opinion and did not need a thing! Of course I knew I didn't need anything - I grew up with parents in the dental field. Unfortunately my cleanings were covered by my HMO dental insurance here. HMO's do not pay these dentists enough to legitamently cover actual costs a dentist would encur so dentists who are willing to defraud an... read more
